Needed immediate assistance with fixing a corrupted recycle bin file and Greg was able to remote in and fix the problem as well as completing necessary updates and clean-up. Greg is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful and I highly recommend him.

Craig went the extra mile to recover our data when the hard drive failed in our lap top. He was excellent at keeping us informed about what was happening and answering our questions He stuck to his quote even though things were more complicated than he originally thought, He seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend him.
