On Thursday, Nov 20/25, I was writing an extremely important letter to the Government and I don't know what I did but the screen went black. I texted Greg and he said to bring the hard drive over before 6 p.m. He was really busy Friday but could work on it on the weekend.
Greg called Friday and said he was up at 4 am and worked on it until 7 am and restored the hard drive! I needed to provide him with the Microsoft Word license #. I couldn't do that until today, Monday. We picked up the hard drive Saturday noonish. I paid him cash for his quote. He remoted in Monday and 'persevered' when things got more complicated. Needed immediate assistance with fixing a corrupted recycle bin file and Greg was able to remote in and fix the problem as well as completing necessary updates and clean-up. Greg is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful and I highly recommend him.
