On Thursday, Nov 20/25, I was writing an extremely important letter to the Government and I don't know what I did but the screen went black. I texted Greg and he said to bring the hard drive over before 6 p.m. He was really busy Friday but could work on it on the weekend.
Greg called Friday and said he was up at 4 am and worked on it until 7 am and restored the hard drive! I needed to provide him with the Microsoft Word license #.
