I tried swapping out my thermostat and must’ve mismatched a wire—next thing I knew, my HVAC system was completely unresponsive ?. After 6 HOURS (!!!) of unsuccessful troubleshooting, I finally called Chris from Oasis, based on strong recommendations from friends.
He was able to come by in less than 24 hours, and within an hour had my system fully up and running again (along with my new thermostat, of course). He also took the time to check everything for potential issues, which thankfully came back clear!
