LD Nails & Spa provides an excellent experience, with friendly and attentive staff. The nail technicians are skilled and do great work at a great price. Customers praise the welcoming atmosphere, clean facilities, and exceptional service. Regular customers recommend booking with Loan, a standout technician. Overall, the business is a great choice for nails, pedicures, and manicures.

My recent visit to LD Nails & Spa for a pedicure & manicure was a great experience. Lynn was gentle, attentive, very professional, and had very good communication skills!
The salon was very clean, and relaxing!
I moved from the mainland to West Kelowna, and have tried a few of the well reviewed nail salons in the area, but I was disappointed with the service.
I'm so glad that I decided to try
LD Nails & Spa, as it will now be my go to salon!

Appreciate the fact that I was able to get in on short notice...seems like they were shoving everyone in left right and center. Not sure how sterile everything is....didn't see them clean instruments or the sinks after each client. Everyone in there can speak English but choose to speak their own language in front of all the clients. Doesn't make a person feel welcome. Felt rushed and an assemby line feeling.
