This review is a bit overdue. My family had been living in West Kelowna until this year for 14 years and relied on Fifth Ave (I only spoke to Kevin but there's a team of great workers to thank!) for all of our cars' needs and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Sometimes it was as simple as me being a bit d**** no charge. Sometimes it was an easy fix, bare minimum charge. One time, because I drive a Smart car, Mercedes quoted me an astronomical amount and said they'd have to fly the part in from Germany, but Kevin told me the part was in Kelowna and they'd have it done in a day or so and it's been working perfectly years later. Issue with parts but was notified on a daily basis with updates . Was provided a loaner vehicle and Fifth Ave Auto looked at vehicle for free after work was complete (lingering issue after repair). Good communication and friendly techs .

Honest, reliable and informative service received from Kevin at Fifth Avenue Auto. Could of very easily made money from me as my car has zero service history, however, I have found Kevin to be extremely helpful, honest, informative and generally a great person to deal with. Thank you for restoring my faith and trust in car repairs/maintenance services...I will never take my car anywhere but Fifth Ave Auto from here on out. Thank you Kevin
