We ordered flowers at short notice for a funeral. Linda was very kind and listened to what we were looking for & showed us options. The flowers were delivered on time to the funeral home and were beautiful and the cost was reasonable. Thank you and we will have no hesitation in ordering from Carl’s again.
I knew of Carl’s flowers as I’ve used them before and they’ve been a long time small business in the heart of West Kelowna and obviously I wanted to support small business. I live in the lower mainland and wanted to send my mother (who lives in west K) birthday flowers. I picked the bouquet online. The ordering process was super easy. I called to confirm delivery times which I was told between 2 and 4 PM on the day I wanted them sent. The lady on the phone was very kind and lovely. The bouquet itself was stunning, and my mom was very happy! We will definitely use Carl’s flower company to order again.
