Absolutely the worst customer service, I will never buy a car from Hyundai Victoria again. I bought my car from Hyundai Victoria (HV) in 2016. In August of this year, my engine died while I was driving it. I had a mechanic come and take a look at it and he informed me that my cars engine had seized and that there is a settled class action lawsuit against Hyundai for this very issue. I had my car towed down to HV on August 17th to wait for its new engine. According to the lawsuit, a rental reimbursement of up to $40 a day is available under the warranty extension. Bought our car from Victoria Hyundai - the SALES department was great, so I was lulled into a false sense of trust toward the dealership. Unfortunately for me I ignored the multitude of warnings about the bad service department from other Hyundai drivers. Well, the service centre made an error (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say it was an accident, but I'm not entirely convinced it was). When I called to try to get it fixed, I was passed to the service centre manager Anthony Bird who had zero authority to solve a simple problem. He passed me off to the service centre general manager Brandon Kot. When Brandon FINALLY got back to me, he got super defensive...read full review

We bought a 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy from Victoria Hyundai and are extremely pleased with our new vehicle and the whole purchasing experience. The sales rep, Nick Sitonin, was knowledgeable and worked very hard to answer our questions and explain all the options that fit our needs. We never felt pressured and we got great value for the money spent. Ryan Hoffman was also very helpful in working out a financing plan that best fit our circumstances.
