I had issues with my iPhone charging port and they cleaned it up in no time for free…??(and yes, I tried myself prior with a toothpick etc. and no luck)Very friendly & knowledgeable staff- I will go back for battery replacement on another phone.
Went to Phone Guru for a problem with my Pixel 7. Fellow had it figured out within 2 min. All good to go and no charge. Was totally expecting some costs as I had called in day before. Would go here again with any phone issue.
They could have charged me $75 to $125 for a new USBC charging port but instead they cleaned it out free of charge. Very trustworthy and friendly people. I would recommend hands down! Thanks.
