Royal Canadian Legion Branch No 11 is a welcoming and friendly place for veterans and members. It offers enjoyable activities like an awesome pancake breakfast and delicious meat pies. While there is a need for more activities and a coordinator for veterans, the branch is well-run and fosters a sense of community.
I'm a new Vet to the area. I came in the other day to check out our local Legion and to let them know that all Vets get COST pricing on new vehicles at Kootenay Chrysler as a part of our corporate "Preferred Customer" program. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, I will definitely be coming by with my friends for drinks and games!
Went for the New Year dance. Proceeds went to help a family that had lost a young mother. The Band (Route 33) was awesome! The drinks are very reasonably priced too. A great night out!
