I brought my kids iPad in for a cracked screen replacement. It turned out to be a little more complicated than that. They spent upwards of 2 days trying to figure out what was wrong with it, with no luck. My thought was I was going to have to go and buy a new $600 iPad, instead, they found one much cheaper, and we came to an extremely fair price instead.
I really appreciate them helping me out in a tough situation, and I appreciate the hours they put into trying to fix the original iPad.
I will be recommending them for anything in the computer repair business.

While on vacation in B.C., I broke my phone and needed a replacement. I called in to Rossland and was greeted on the phone by 2 very friendly voices who helped direct me to their shop. After arriving, not only were they coincidently able to hook me up with a replacement phone, they also let me use their lobby to set it up. It ended up taking probably an hour or so. These guys are extremely helpful. Another great example of how family owned shops should be ran. Thanks again Mark and Andrew.

Excellent service and couldn’t be happier with the results!They figured out the PC needed a new power supply then ordered and installed it right away. Very fast and friendly customer service. Will definitely be back with any other PC related issues!
