I brought my kids iPad in for a cracked screen replacement. It turned out to be a little more complicated than that. They spent upwards of 2 days trying to figure out what was wrong with it, with no luck. My thought was I was going to have to go and buy a new $600 iPad, instead, they found one much cheaper, and we came to an extremely fair price instead. I really appreciate them helping me out in a tough situation, and I appreciate the hours they put into trying to fix the original iPad. I will be recommending them for anything in the computer repair business. Thanks again!!
