Didnt end up using their services but they tried really hard to make it work on our tight timeline since we were just passing through and had a noise. Was able to get in elsewhere even sooner but the customer service here is obviously high quality.

They know their cars and can always get parts. Also... they'll tell you not to bother when you don't need a part, or when it's not worth the repair. That can be refreshing.

Had my foreign truck serviced there. Although they had to squeeze me in on an already busy day, they did not roll their eyes when I asked them to look at two additional things. All issues were properly resolved and my truck is a joy to drive again :-)
