In a word, blissful! By the time you get your plush robe on, alternate sitting in the wet sauna cave and outside, having a foot soaking with a hot or cold beverage, and having your chosen treatment (mine was a 90-minute hot stone massage), one is so blissed out, it is hard to move.
This was a wonderful spa experience! I went with a friend and I had Bernadette and she had Ester as our masseuses. We were both very happy with our massages. The spa is beautiful and they have everything you need to shower and get ready for dinner after the spa. There's an outdoor area to sit and relax before and after your treatment. I highly recommend!
