Many times, Bill walked me through the details of his work, making sure that I understood why it was required and what it meant for our vehicle. Bill is down to earth and deadly honest to the point that he will want to hold off certain jobs on your car if it's really not needed. He's not the type to do a series of jobs to make sure he covers your problem. He did a fantastic job in my Subaru's head gaskets and only did what was required and not extras. I trust him.
