My husband and I have used Bill's shop for two of our vehicles while living in Terrace for the past 4 years. We feel so lucky to have found him as a mechanic. He is fair, honest and kind. Many times, Bill walked me through the details of his work, making sure that I understood why it was required and what it meant for our vehicle. When I asked questions he always had time to make sure that I understood. He would also work hard to make sure that he supplied us with parts with good warranties and economical pricing (where appropriate). If a charge was ever higher than what I would be expecting he would give me a heads up and explain why the work would cost what it did....read full review
