My son recently got his ears pierced by Eric. We ran into some issues with one of the piercings and I texted Eric after hours. He provided tips on what to do, and then kept answering my questions when things didn’t go so well, walking us through a pretty traumatic experience for my boy. He was very helpful, kind and professional. The next night, the earring came out completely and he walked us through what to do once again via text, and then didn’t charge us for a replacement. Eric, you are a great human, with exceptional customer service. We are grateful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I got my first tattoo from Cory a few weeks ago. He made the experience wonderful and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I can’t say enough about him. I really appreciated the way he made my first experience. I even got a hug after. Thank you Cory!
Perfect piercing experience! Eric came to Haida Gwaii doing a guest spot at sirens tattoo parlour and they made it the most welcoming place! The piercing took all of 2 minutes and he also squeezed me in last minute to help me out with a piercing not done by him that was super irritated and needed a bar upsizing! 10/10 recommend! Will be going back
