My son recently got his ears pierced by Eric. We ran into some issues with one of the piercings and I texted Eric after hours. He provided tips on what to do, and then kept answering my questions when things didn’t go so well, walking us through a pretty traumatic experience for my boy. He was very helpful, kind and professional. The next night, the earring came out completely and he walked us through what to do once again via text, and then didn’t charge us for a replacement.
