H&R Block

Not like any H&R Block I ever dealt with. Took a week before my taxes were even looked at, when they were finally ready nobody went through them with me, when asked about doing cash back I was told that should have been said when I dropped my info off!????(Nothing is sent without a signature, so it still could have been done)But nope!!So....#Terraceh&rblock you may have made $$ for doing my taxes, but you lost out on $400 just to do a $7 e-file!??For the time, wait, and $$, I'll take my business to a chartered accountant rather than just being a number.

Been trying to call them for 4 days now since July 15th 2019. Just keep getting the same massage of "We're closed due to a family emergency." While I understand a emergency is not something they can control its beyond acceptable for it to be closed this long with no updates or estimated time of reopening.
