My wife and I were interested in upgrading our family vehicle (Hyundai Accent) to a new and midsized SUV. We live in Maple Ridge so we tried Maple Ridge VW, since it was close to us. Unfortunately, we experienced terrible customer service at MR VW, they asked if we were going to make a decision that day and they weren't flexible with their financing at all. They also offered an extremely low price for our accent (which was in extremely good shape). We then had a similar experience with Hyundai in Maple
Ridge. We ended up speaking with Halie at White Rock VW over text message while at Maple ridge VW. She was very helpful and seemed to be able to offer better financing...read full review
