I had a very good experience with the team at Viva Care today. Unfortunately, I needed some forms filled in by a doctor and every walking clinic was extremely busy. The staff and doctor heard my story and were able to squeeze me in for a quick appointment. Everyone there was extremely helpful, professional, and attentive to my needs. It is great to know there are still kind people in this world.Thank you very much.

The service I receive from Dr. Brar is never short of amazing. She explains everything to me in a very clear manner while also remaining kind and empathetic. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but she is also lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines personal touches while also remaining professional and courteous. I highly recommend her!

I have visited 2times. Receptionist is helpful. I went for thyroid problem. I am new immigrant and asked her about how to find GP. She explained with patience and I am thankful for answering my further doubts. During my 2nd visit Dr Ran Ke reviewed my reports. She is cool and I felt good to visit the clinic. Doctor and Receptionist are helping and doing well whatever they can do. In my last visit I have found walk-in patients visited felt little trouble with wait times as they didn't book appointment in advance. But receptionist handled very well by explaining about wait times which changes with advance appointment booking times and their visits.
