Have been coming to vision nails for close to 20 years and have seldomly ever had a problem , kim is always accommodating and makes it work for me im never bothered that i might have to wait for her to finish other clients as that is just the name of the game. If i have a problem or am not happy with the colour i let kim know and she fixes it with no complaints. I personally feel that people who take to complaining anonymously online without discussing any issues they have with kim directly regarding costs or various other concerns to be frankly disrespectful to the people who ultimately are trying to run a business and survive in a post pandemic world

I was in the area and I was able to get a last minute nail appointment at this nail salon. My nail technician was very thorough with the manicure and pedicure. I especially enjoyed the massage.Work stations and pedicures massage chairs are newer models. The rest of the salon looked a bit dated. However, the salon was clean and tidy. They offer an extensive nail polish collection. Prices were average.I do recommend calling in advance to book an appointment as it is alway a hit or miss with last minute appointments.

I've been coming here for over 15 years now, i got sick and stopped coming for a while, i still struggle with some issues with my illness, but just had a pedicure there recently and all the staff are wonderful and friendly and helpful, they understand i'm not well at times and are very accommodating. Kim the owner is a wonderful lady..i highly recommend this place :)
