The staff at Victory Memorial made a mistake in the care of my father’s grave marker (it was buried below the surface over time) but they identified the problem honestly and fixed the problem with me by offering a discount to compensate for the grave concerns it caused aging family members. More than one member of my family will rest in peace as a result of how kindly they provide these essential services.
