I had to make a post here because the owner?/ technician was so thorough, problem-focused and kind. He told us the garage door had cracks, that is was a problem he could not fix. He saw that squirrels were living in our deck and told us that that required work from a larger company to ethically rehome, or that we could wait for the squirrels to grow into adults in a few months and leave. I appreciated his honesty as he referred other companies, and told me I don't have to pay for his services since I am getting another quote from another company. Replied promptly to my phone message and answered my questions. Even though the info showed I don't really need his services! Could have said they'd come and then charged me. I appreciate the honesty and will call again when needed ? Thank you so much!
Emailed Sunday night for an estimate, Mike called on Monday and TJ was there on Tuesday to remove 2 hornet nests. The price quoted was great, didn't change when they arrived & they arrived at the time promised. What more can you ask for, Oh and the hornets are gone. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
