The doctors, including Dr. Kaur, are warm, knowledgeable, and quick to address concerns both on the phone and in person. The staff, especially Susan and the girls at the front, make patients feel comfortable and cared for, often with smiles and a friendly attitude. They are great with kids and help patients find the earliest appointments. While some patients have had negative experiences with specific doctors, the overall atmosphere of the clinic is one of compassion and dedication to relieving patient symptoms.
I made my online appointment with Dr. Dhillon. Very very nice person. Front dest staff also very polite and cooperative. It was my good luck to get know about this amazing doctor and clinic.
Excellent walk-in clinic. I got an appointment on the same day, and just wait for 2 hours. The receptionist was helpfule and professional, and the doctor was great with detailed explanation without rush. Waiting area was clean, quiet, and a few patients waiting for their appointment. Pharmacy is located at the same place, and it took 5 minutes to have my prescription ready. Totally satisfied the experience today, and happy to recommend to anyone.
My family and I are so grateful to have Dr. Bains as our physician. She is so caring and takes the time to listen to her patients. Just the thought of seeing her when I am feeling unwell is very comforting.
