Sullivan Medical Clinic is a caring and accommodating healthcare provider. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a positive experience for patients. The doctors, including Dr. Kaur, are warm, knowledgeable, and quick to address concerns both on the phone and in person. The staff, especially Susan and the girls at the front, make patients feel comfortable and cared for, often with smiles and a friendly attitude. They are great with kids and help patients find the earliest appointments. While some patients have had negative experiences with specific doctors, the overall atmosphere of the clinic is one of compassion and dedication to relieving patient symptoms.

The staff are Amazing, super efficient, friendly, professional & they care about all of us patients. The owner of the clinic kindly let me inside after hours ( the staff had gone home). I urgently needed to get some health forms The owner kindly listened & enquired about the forms. He allowed me to stay in a Dr./ patient room while searching for the papers. He took extra steps to call the Dream Team staff . My family Dr. Parveen Ali had the forms to put aside to complete for me. She has always listened to my health concerns , has made time to answer questions & she has a good bedside, Doctor/patient rapport. Dr. Ali is professional, kind & she has a calming demeanor. All the Doctors are excellent as team mates, they work well together. It shows each of the staff members genuinely care about their patients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. This is great clinic for the family. We've been this clinic for about two years now with Dr. Mtambo. He's professional, knowledgeable, take care of your health seriously, referred to specialist appropriately. Our family is more than happy to have Dr. Mtambo as our family physician. Staff of Sullivan medical clinic are helpful especially Sandy. She knows how to take care of her patients and suggestions at the time when needed most. Sullivan Medical Clinic and it’s team of proficient staff deserves full five stars. Thank you.

I have been with Sullivan Medical Clinic for ?2 years now. In June after 2 weeks ill at home, I was brought in to see my GP Dr. Mtambo. One look at me and Dr. Mtambo had the staff call 911. Dr. Mtambo started an IV and gave a fluid bolus. I was admitted to hospital critically ill from food poisoning. I can't say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Mtambo. Even the paramedics and hospital couldn't believe I came in with the IV and fluids in place - said 99% of the clinics would not have done what Dr. Mtambo and staff did. This was obviously not a typical event at the clinic, but even routine checkups are handled professionally and Dr. Mtambo never rushes his patients. Great clinic, great staff.
