The front desk staff are very nice and friendly as well as Dr.Bains. She is willing to provide care for medical concerns you may have. She has been very helpful and informative when answering any questions you may have.
Five stars for the front staff, the ladies are amazing, super friendly.-O stars for Nirmal Brar ( doctor)She was about 20 min late calling me with zero apology and then proceeded to be NEGATIVE, RUDE, and CONDESCENDING. Im still so shocked with how she spoke to me, its like she hated her job. Ive told the front staff never to book me with her, she is horrible.
Kiran was absolutely wonderful. I have been looking for a doctor to see for weeks and she managed to work something out for me. Truly a life saver! I appreciate you (Kiran) for going above and beyond!
