It was a pleasure working with Brejesh. He was very thorough and detailed in his inspection of the condo we were purchasing. I appreciated how he explained and documented all the details he noticed, and helped me to understand the priorities as well. Any old building has issues, but it's good to understand what's expected and what needs work and Brejesh was good at outlining that for me. I learned a lot, and valued the input!

We used Brejesh twice while looking for a new home in Fall/Winter 2024/2025 and were thoroughly impressed with how comprehensive and accommodating he was. With our first inspection, he helped us avoid buying a house that was a complete disaster with a lot of things that owners had tried to hide and paint over. His inspection brought us out of, and down from all our excitement of finding a place after looking hard and long in a tough market at the time, but was so glad he was so ‘thorough’ and discovered everything he did.
