I visited there many times, The place is fantastic for parts and furnaces. The front staff is good as well. The girl at back in warehouse helped me a lot in my orders and always ready for giving helping hands. Great Place and staff

This was in the Edmonton store.....My stoker furnace motor went about a week after the one year warranty ran out. The manager stepped in after an employee said too bad. He gave me a new one with no more questions and was very helpful. I suggest if problems arise call or talk to a manager.

Great place to shop for replacement and older parts. Staff is very knowledgeable and tries hard to track down what you need. Company would look a lot more respectable if contractors stopped illegally dumping garbage.
