So I absolutely love the diversity of the women you have working. There’s one employee that is so approachable and knowledgeable and kind, I wish I caught her name, she has short coloured hair! She recommended some face cream that literally saved my face a few months back and helped me again today. I did however try to exchange an eye brow pencil my boyfriend has picked up, of course he’s a man so no receipt to be found. I wasn’t permitted to exchange even though the policy says no receipt needed and it was brand new.
