Every time I enter into the store, I am always greeted and at least 2 ppl check in to see if I need help. I find that all are so helpful. Obviously, when busy salespeople are running around helping people as best they can but I get it if I am not helped right away. I don’t remember her name and this was a few weeks ago but she offered a small sample of the new Keratase product. I didn’t even ask but she offered and of course I came back and bought it. My experience was very good. I usually don't wear makeup, just lipstick, mascara, that's it. But this time I wanted to try new things based on TikTok haha, Even though I already knew what products I was going to look for, on two occasions the girls asked me if I was looking for help and It made me think about the great customer service, love it! 🩷✨
