I go here regularly to get my eyebrows shaped/waxed, they’ve been consistent mostly! Please ask for Van or Hannah, they really know what they are doing, and are amazing at what they do!
Normally this is a pretty good salon. Today right now as I write this : the lady asked if the water was ok . I said actually it’s cool . I like hot . She rolled her eyes started talking in her language obviously annoyed that I should prefer warmer water . Seriously. Then it wasn’t even warm . If I wasn’t pressed for time I would ask for someone else . Her tip will reflect my satisfaction.
I have this as my ‘go to’ place time after time, as they are really ProfessioNAIL in their approach - customer service, readiness to take you even without an appointment, economical with elaborate content of steps in what they do (in pedicure itself some 17 steps), doing full justice to what you came in for, nothing perfunctory at any point in time with any of their staff (Nancy is fantastic and so is Lily), as all are well-trained and know their job to the hilt, open lay out - bright, roomy and airy, no whining even if no tip but it makes you to give them due to their wonderful and flawless execution, very comfortable massage chairs (free for you which otherwise... read full review
