The ProCarpet technicians recently cleaned all the hallways and common areas of our 22 storey tower in Burnaby. They did a fantastic job, carpets turned out great! There were numerous stains from spills and these were almost invisible after the treatment and cleaning.

A few years had past since our last professional cleaning -also by ProCarpet - also excellent work by same courteous professional. They do great job with regular cleaning of condo common areas, and again, amazing results with our in-suite carpets (not always respected by our Cat!) We had Al come by on a holiday Sunday, and not only was he incredibly efficient, but he was also extremely thorough. He’s one of the nicest professionals we’ve ever dealt with—constantly checking in to make sure we were happy with the progress. When I raised concerns about a leak and air quality, he went above and beyond by bringing in a HEPA filter, which made a huge difference and really showed his care for the job and our comfort. He tackled everything within a tight timeframe without cutting corners. Truly top-tier service. Highly recommend!
