“I recently had my eyebrows tattoed by racquel. All I can say is WOW. Racquel made me feel so comfortable as soon as I walked into the studio. She made me feel at ease after our consultation. She explained the entire procedure step by step. I had a Scar on my right eyebrow and as a result i had some hair missing because the hair nerves were ripped off my face from the car accident in 1997. Since then I was very insecure about my eyebrows. Everyday was a reminder of the accident and I always wanted to get my eyebrows fixed. Racquel made it happen. She changed my life.
