I couldn’t find my specific dog food at the Richmond location. I called ahead, drove out there, and they brought my dog food to the front of the store. I was able to walk in, pay & leave. Clerk was very helpful, professional and friendly. Thank you for your help & service!

Went in to the store around 7p on September 6th, 2025 & couldn't look in the aisles I needed because the person cleaning the floors forced us out. Every aisle I stopped to look in, there he was with the cleaning machine. I ended up putting my cart away & walking out without buying anything. Bought what I needed at Walmart.
