Just had my first waxing treatment here. Warm, friendly staff. Lovely room for treatment! Super relaxed and refreshed now! Highly recommend, especially Ritu who was super helpful in fulfilling all my needs and gave me a beautiful eyebrow shape!

Yesterday me and my mom came to get my mom a threading done for an important event. My mom somehow had lost her earring and we assumed that it was lost at this salon. My mom was so upset about it. We made a visit to Jysk after here and by the time we came back this salon was closed. Today I had called them to see if the earring was there, however they didn’t have it. The staff from Jysk had contacted the salon and notified them that the earring was found there. The staff from Payal Heights called me back and made sure I was informed and assured me that it was found. I was so happy that they made the effort to contact me about it and made sure I got it.
