if your looking for community, experienced and amazing coaches, workouts that kick your butt in the best way and a place to be yourself and have fun then this is the place, ive finally found a spot that has it all ! there is even a wellness center right next door that i get massages done ! I also love their fun family events through the year, always such a good time.
One year ago the Panda Performance Lab came across my Facebook feed. Not knowing what Cross Fit was, I decided to join a six week challenge. Long story short, coma 3 years ago (4 weeks in hosp - 40 pound weight loss). I’ve always loved outdoor activities but was never really into working out at the gym. However, after starting CrossFit with a three-times-a-week plan, this place has made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable, and I truly believe that investing in your health through workouts brings so many benefits.
The instructors are incredibly positive, helpful, and provide detailed coaching, especially for beginners. They guide you through the workouts with patience and encouragement.
