When we bought the 100+ yr-old house, we knew we would have to do the drain tiles. What we had hoped, was to get it done in the dry season and when we could go out of town. So when a mini-basement flood happened, the prospect of a November drain tile job made us extremely worried. How would we cope with the dogs and workers coming to and fro with sections of our fence missing? What about the mess? What about my plants and shrubs? For me, as a Master Gardener, this really was going to be the job from hell. Enter Vincent and Kieran O'Reilly. These two are tireless and honest and absolutely truthful when they promised our property would look as good or better when they were done. It was a complex job, with sheds front and back that abut the foundation where the floor had to be opened up. O'Reilly Drain service delivered on every promise. On-Time. Passed Inspection. Place looks great. Super friendly workers and very conscientious about the dogs, plants and everything else. Congratulations, Kieran and Vincent!!!!!
as a property owner, Vince and his team responded in a timely manner and assessed the problem and attended and fixed. When a further problem was identified they returned to fix. very appreciative for their advice and efforts.
As a properties manager managing various properties, I hired many vendors for maintenance work. I'm currently properties manager for 14 properties in BC and AB. I was introduced to O'Reilly Drain Service for a couple of the current properties. He is one of the most responsive and reliable vendors I've ever worked with. His analysis of the issues has been spot on, his quotes are quick, his prices are competitive, and his work is complete and clean. I just used him for a personal sewer drain issue.
