Tim and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time, were respectful and considerate. They paid attention to detail; washing the buildings and repairing wood trim prior to painting, and keeping the complex clean and tidy throughout the entire project.
Update: They later reached out, apologized, sent someone to check what happened, and offered a kind gesture to make things right. I appreciate how they handled the situation and took responsibility.
They painted our house recently. The good part is that they worked quietly, did a nice job overall, and finished the work quite fast. However, I was disappointed with how they handled my Christmas lights. They broke them while moving their tools before starting the painting. I had enough time to remove the lights before they began, but they transferred their equipment early and broke them. They didn’t say anything, apologize, or offer any compensation. Our Strata had a very good experience with Tim and his crew. We would highly recommend him and his team's quality of workmanship to any strata looking to repaint an entire complex. Tim communicated well, and directly, with the Strata manager and the council team-lead with what the maintenance/financial priorities were. When our council's original plan was not feasible because of updated product avaibility, he took time to explain and provide insight. His years of experience helped our council highlight the complex's top architectural esthetics and downplay the need for maintenance in other areas.
