My family has a Merit Kitchen from the early 90s and still going strong.Reached out to a dealer of theirs in lowermainland and their warranty and rep reached to them and were just attentive and friendly and of course helpful with issues that came up. I understand manufacturing has a lot of moving parts but the follow ups are just as important! Thanks sandra

We have enjoyed our durable Merit Kitchen for 32 years. Finally, after all this time, the much-used hinges on the door under the sink would not take another adjustment. I called Merit directly and spoke to Soumya, who after the exchange of a few photos, identified the appropriate replacement hinge and promptly mailed me four of them for both under-sink doors, free of charge. They arrived the next day and I put them on in under an hour. What super service - Unheard of these days! Many thanks, Merit!
