My hot water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. I contacted Knowledge HVAC and they were here quickly (in 2 hrs) for a diagnosis and then had a new tank installed in under 3hours. Joel was courteous, professional and efficient. Very pleased with their quality service.
Great experience. I've had hot water tank, furnace and fireplace serviced by another company for many years. With their visit they were very thorough and picked up on things that should have been previously addressed. With the improvements, we should have a more efficient devices.
Have used Knowledge HVAC and Refrigeration three times, once for a make up air issue that no-one else could seem to fix properly, twice for refrigeration issues. I had two other refrigeration experts look at a problematic compressor both concluded a new build was necessary, ( $7,500), Aaron from Knowledge HVAC spent 45 mins looking at the problem and concluded the issue was a valve that was not functioning correctly (sticking in one position) this was quickly resolved the next day. Aaron did arrive on site a bit late and stayed until midnight to get the job done. Above and beyond. Thanks Knowledge HVAC.
