THEIR MIDDLE NAME IS INTEGRITY!! Not many companies respond to complaints with the honesty, compassion and integrity I received from Peter Ostanski of Knot & Grain, the oldest company contracted by King of Floors for installation. Without going into details what I can say is that he and Troy went above and beyond for me and completely redid my floors without any cost to me. They had plausible reason not to take responsibility but chose the moral high road. In these times where duplicity is seen as simply good business practice they have restored my faith that there are still a few honest, decent men in the world. Peter's team, Freddy and Uno, worked diligently and reliably never failing in politeness and consideration. Everyone in the company seems to be imbued with the same integrity that comes from the top. I cannot say strongly enough that if you want to deal with a reliable, trustworthy company of unmatched expertise who will not stand behind a flawed product then run, don't walk, to King of Floors.

Just to let you know that we've just finished or floors and the gentleman that King of Floors suggested was WONDERFUL. Peter of Knot and Grain and his crew (we had Matt and Mackenzie) were polite, punctual, and very professional! Cannot say enough about them and the staff at King of Floors as well! The one box we returned was turned in easily, no hassles nothing! It was a treat shopping from you, and your suggestions were great! We used the Cardio delivery team and they were great as well! I can enthusiastically say we had excellent material and pricing from King of Floors, the service people they suggested are great (Cardio Kings for delivery and Knot & Grain (Peter) for installation (and a big thank you to Matt and Mackenzie)) And the returns are easy and simple!
