Morgan and his team were excellent from start to finish. There are many flooring companies that promise big results but don’t always follow through—Morgan is different. He delivered exactly what he said he would. He sourced beautiful white oak floors at the best price, communication was clear and consistent, and the installation process was smooth and well organized. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and genuinely cares about the final result. I am beyond thrilled with my floors. After my mother passed away this summer my family and I decided to move into her house but we wanted to renovate it first. Rather than hire a GC I took on the work myself and Morgan was the first contractor I contacted. I knew from the moment he came to see the house that he would care for it like I do. He answered all of my questions with quick and informative responses. They started the work when they said they would and spent over a week preparing the house with levelling and sanding to make sure it was perfect for the install.
