I found this salon on a whim and I am SO glad I did. I booked with Alanna and the whole thing was 10/10. I am actually excited to go back in a few months and get my haircut - something I have never said. Alanna was friendly and professional and easy to chat with. She LISTENED and executed exactly what we talked about. She checked in throughout the process to make sure we were still on the same page. Overall, fantastic!
Diana was amazing. I have sensitive scalp and been getting my hair dyed at salons since I was a teenager. This is the first time I felt like my hair wasn’t being manhandled and my scalp wasn’t on fire. Diana is so gentle, detangles so carefully and I loved that I left the salon with healthier hair with all the bleaching than I arrived. She also devised a plan go make sure I get what I was looking for. Very happy with the results and their services.
