I Find It Inspections was highly recommended by a realtor friend of mine, and now I know why! Hakha did an amazing job and I felt confident going into my house purchase. However, the service provided was so much more than just finding any major issues with the house. As a first time home buyer I found all the maintenance recommendations extremely helpful, and I have frequently referred to the report I received. Hakha clearly identified any issues that were the responsibility of the strata, and the photos provided made it easy for me to forward those issues on to strata management. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
