Very disappointed with my experience at Harry Hair Studio. The haircut was rushed, uneven, and nothing like I requested. Customer service was dismissive when I raised concerns. I won't be returning and cannot recommend this place

I came in today for a facial and threading, and I had such a wonderful experience. Kiran provided excellent service from start to finish. She was warm, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She paid great attention to detail, was very gentle, and ensured everything was done perfectly. My facial left my skin feeling fresh, clean, and glowing, and my threading was neat and precise. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care. I highly recommend Kiran to anyone looking for outstanding beauty services. Thank you for such a great experience!
