Quick service, nice staff.I like that you can check wait time online and reserve.Though you get random hair stylist every time but since they have notes, it's easier to get the haircut of your choice every time.

Came in today for a woman’s haircut, got in within 20 mins. The app is great, I live close by and got in the car once the 15 min warning popped up. The woman who did my hair was quick and listened to what I wanted and complimented me a few times on how nice my hair is. Will definitely return for future haircuts. Wasn't able to use the coupon that I received electronically to redeem Because staff didn't know how to apply. Response was we have a new system and they tried to take picture to redeem even there was no bar code except the code.It's getting expensive @ great clips just across from GC was half the price as they advertising.I'll think twice before going again to GC.
