I had an appointment booked with Dr Tejada, only to have it rescheduled twice: once because he was taking time off, the second because he was overbooked.
I ended up going to a walk in clinic for my needs since waiting two hours for one day is still quicker than waiting multiple months for one appointment. Absolutely unacceptable

worst pathetic service. customer dealing of receptionist is rude. they are clearly saying on website that join waitlist but receptionist was so rude and loud when I asked about joining waitlist. like I am not being you its your job. remove from your website if you don't want want people to join wait list

Dr. Victor Omelchenko has misdiagnosed multiple members of my family.

My grandmother hurt her ankle one day and when she called Dr. Omelchenko (during Covid times) he said that if she could walk on it, it wasn't broken but gave her the referral to get the ex-ray anyway. She continued walking on it for a couple weeks until the x-rays came back it showed that she did have a fracture. At this point it was too late for her to wear any sort of boot. It took two months to heal and now her bone is enlarged on that ankle and she says it's uncomfortable to sleep on.
