I used to come here regularly and had a good experience, but unfortunately this time was very disappointing. I came for an acrylic removal, and a lot of acrylic was left on my nails. When I pointed it out, she insisted there was nothing left and seemed very rushed and impatient and was very rude. I was not satisfied with the service and unfortunately won’t be coming back.
Stay away from this place. Service and quality is not as it used to be. Place is so crowded and all their equipments are in bad shape. Had pedicure done today. Ha was so unprofessional. Talks to her workmates so much and gives little attention to the work. Totally unhappy with the pedicure done.
I can't begin to write what happened today, it was my first time getting my nails done here and I wish I read these reviews before, my tech was Anna, she was unprofessional and rude to another level, I felt like leaving the place in between the session. She created a scene and shouted on me because as a customer I asked her a few questions about how she was doing my nails, If i am spending 2 hours + 80$ on a set I have the right to question, she started pushing my own hand infront of my eyes, I told her one of my nail is weak to do it with patient she did not care thrice and caused me pain.
