I wanted a pedicure and received VERY bad customer service by specifically a girl named Helene here is why:
-They speak very poor English and not fit to-be in business
-Kept interpreting me and did not listen to my request
-A lot of misunderstanding
-She screamed very loudly for just asking a question
-She asked me to leave for no reason
-very rude
-other customers noticed and did not like their behaviour
Overall I recommend for anyone not to go there especially and never let Helene do your nails, they just want their money!

Do not book with Helen. Very rude, rough and skips multiple steps through out the process. The proceeds to gaslight when you ask politely for a thinner French tip. No professional customer service. Extremely rude lady. Stabbed her own nails into my nail bed and then proceeded to yell at me to relax my hand when she’s literally hurting me. She’s distracted the entire time, watching the door rather than focusing on the customer. Super awkward and uncomfortable experience. Whatever you do, do not get your nails done by Helen.

I got French tip nail extensions done today, but honestly they already look like they’re a week old. The shape of each nail is completely different, which makes the whole set look uneven and unprofessional. I feel like I completely wasted my time and money. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would definitely choose that.
