Poor quality products & disappointing service. I got a gel French manicure that chipped within two days, which has never happened to me at other salons. I went back and they fixed three nails, but those chipped again within 3–4 days.When I returned, the owner was rude and raised his voice, which drew attention from other customers and made the situation very embarrassing, as if I had done something. They refused to fix it and made me to redo it at a discounted price. it chipped again in few days
I got my nails done less than 10 days ago. Simple white nails. My nails already came off. Press on nails lasts longer than what they did. Worst possible job ever. Paid $100 for simple nails plain color. They also made me upgrade to some special coating that would make my nails lasts longer lol. Waste of time and money.
Had a pedicure with Julie. I have ticklish feet and she was so kind and gentle I didn't twitch at all. Had a wonderful pedicure got up, tripped and ruined one toe. Julie patiently redid everything and blamed herself (definitely was me). I thoroughly recommend Julie.
