I found Dek Rail in my online search for a Canadian supplier of modern deck railings. From my initial request for information to assistance with choosing a product, delivery of the materials and support with installation, Tyler and the Dek Rail team were fantastic. The online video guide that Tyler provides is super helpful and ensures that anyone with DIY or professional skills can assemble the rails and end up with a stunning result. Anytime that I had a question, an email to Tyler would quickly get me the answer I needed. Great product, great customer service. Can you ask for better than that? I don't think so.

We had a client request these railings after seeing them on a home in another province. Dek Rail was excellent to deal with, everything arrived on time and packed very nicely. The fit and finish are like nothing else and the final result is stunning. Our client is thrilled and we will definitely look forward to installing these railings again in the future.
