We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Dek Rail. In 2007/08 we used Dek Rail for custom aluminum railings on a new build in Penticton. We were so happy with them (they still look amazing to this day), that we used Dek Rail again. This time, we did aluminum frame railings with color-matched wire mesh panels for our ski chalet. The railings turned out even better than we could’ve hoped. They are clean, modern and look like they will outlast the chalet. Tyler was fantastic to work with from start to finish and is definitely passionate about providing a top-quality product. Thanks again Dek Rail!
Tyler was awesome. He did an amazing job with our new deck railings and privacy screen. He was extremely helpful with recommendations for the best design and style to suit our home, and he was very responsive when working with our timeline. I’m thankful that I asked him to do the installation as well, as the angles we had for the glass along the stairs demanded precision work. It required a special attention to detail that Tyler brought to the job, and we are thankful that we gave him a call.

Tyler from Dek Rail was absolutely top notch to work with on our rather large and complex railing system requirements for our home. We especially appreciated quick turn around on responses to our numerous questions and creativity to come up with solutions to design challenges.
