The only Subaru specialty shop I've entrusted my Subie for professional repairs especially boxer engine. ❤️2 years ago, during my first visit at Dales I was really impressed about their vehicle inspection on my 2016 Subaru Impreza and they sent me a very detailed report with pictures. After reading the diagnostic report, I called the shop to discuss about the problems that my car's facing and estimate. She said that it'll be done by tomorrow and I told her that I needed my car within the day because It's my only car for work and they took it right away to replace my rear brakes, Air filter, and oil change. I had some major work done on my truck in the Summer last year and the team at Dale’s were great. It was my first time coming to the shop for work to be done on my vehicle. I appreciate the work order quotes with cost breakdown that are sent out prior to work being done for review and confirmation to proceed with the job. I’m very appreciative of the staff and how they listened to my concerns about the trouble I was having with my truck. I’ve come back to Dale’s within the last 2 months after the initial job was done on my truck for scheduled maintenance and had a great experience as well. Dale’s is the real deal! I’ve been dealing with this shop since 1997 and they have consistently delivered first rate service and technical precision. Same owners from day 1 and multiple technicians have been there over 20 years…these guys are passionate about what they do. I actually moved to Victoria numerous years ago but for a big job I would seriously consider hopping on the ferry and going to Dales. I’ve been lucky to find a good shop in Victoria but Dales is the gold standard, no question.
