We had a chance to work with Simon from CJ heating. He was fantastic and knowledgeable. We had an incident in the house when we smell something like a burning paper and he came in the next day to check what happened to our furnace. The only thing I wish they did was to send him sooner (like the same day we called) in case it was something urgent. But other than that, he had a chance to explain to us how the furnace works, do his due diligence to see what went wrong and gave us advice on how much we should really change our filter.
He is very passionate about this work and that gave us so much reassurance as first time home owners.
CJ heating was the installer who our developer used for the heating system on our home and we had some warranty work done on our Carrier furnace a few years ago. Wes and Andrew helped with that and we’ve had no issues since then so we decided to go with CJ again on an AC system as Chuck was competitive with his pricing. Brent and Neil finished the instal on May 26 and we are glad on our decision to go with them. All were pleasant to deal with as they were punctual, efficient, did professional work and our family is happy staying cool this summer! Used them before to fix our tankless water system. Came on time and that's why I called them again. This time it was to fix a part related to the AC. The Tech came on time and quickly fixed the part as he has the part in his truck. This saved me some money and time as he didn't have to come back. Friendly and knowledgeable tech. Thanks
